
ADVANCED TTC (MOT) CERTIFICATION COURSE
THIS IS A VIRTUAL COURSE (ON-LINE)
Students Must have:
- Computer camera, (On at all times)
- Computer Sound and Microphone
- Good internet connection,
- Access to their email and
- Able to scan Forms and exam back to Proctor.
Description
The FDOT TTC / MOT Advanced Training should be taken if you are the required personnel with responsibility or authority to to decide on the specific Temporary Traffic Control requirements that need to be implemented.
The FDOT TTC / MOT Advanced certification course is required for all individuals with the following duties listed below:
- The Engineer responsible for the work zone traffic control plan development
- The work zone traffic control Supervisor
- Personnel responsible for supervising the placement and field maintenance of traffic control devices, including temporary barriers.
- Personnel responsible for inspection of the placement or operational function of traffic control devices, including temporary barriers.
There are NO prerequisites to take this course.
Training Requirements
- Successfully complete two-day course including flagging exercise and proctored exam
- At least 70% of exam questions must be answered correctly on proctored exam
- Upon completion, qualification emailed by MOT Administrator www.motadmin.com
- Qualification expires four years after the date of successful completion
- 20 PDH available to Professional Engineers
